Translations: Pyokotan no Dai Meiro
« on: December 22, 2015, 08:31:52 pm »

Update By: mrrichard999

Here is a news announcement for the English translation of Pyokotan no Dai Meiro. This is a fun game for younger ages to enjoy where you navigate through 4 environments and come across mini-game obstacles in order to make progress. As the player, you come across memory challenges of music, a maze navigation game, collecting apples, hopping across one end of a river to the other while dodging obstacles, and separating different colored candies. Hope everyone enjoys the release!

Looks great but the title screen image looks cluttered as hell.

You know, the readme is there for reasons (which is lacking in most of hiis submissions). There should be a little story about the experience in the hacking of the games. And placing the site's url is a little misleading as the site does not create the romhacks.

Not really much or a story or experience here, just some ROM hacking... that's it :P I only do a read-me on really involved projects like the wizardry stuff. This was more of a small pet project. As far as the site use, when the ROM gets passed around (by pirates and sites that host ROMS and not patches) they know where the patch originated from first.

The only issue in the game is when you pause and the stage name doesn’t show correctly but this will not effect game-play in the slightest!

I would take a look at this, Bisqwit has done some amazing stuff with it that really makes it a true Castlevanie II experience!

Open the ROM in HexEditor.

address: DAC1 Byte 85

Change ->

address: DAC1 Byte 86

Save

Now start the game. Select "Story mode" - you see the japanese picture. Her it is necessary to translate into english... I do not know as in game to cause this menu. But suddenly someone know this?

P.S. If choose other point a main menu - you see the mode of the debug...
