So, any reason to use the bass hack of GS2 when playing it on emulator?

It works perfectly fine in an emulator, no popping or anything from what I gather.  It's pretty much a more pronounced bass on something with better speakers than a GBA, it's up to personal taste.

Isnt that batman hack redundant? Macbee already changed batman from purple to gray.

No, it's not redundant.
Not only does my Batman sprite not have the same palette as that hack, but I did a bunch of other work changing palettes and entire attribute tables for backgrounds.
Some changes include changing the Batmobile and the Joker's face from being green and fixing the hideous coloring of the bells in the background during the Joker fight.
Here is a comparison image of my hack vs the original game and here is an image from the other hack.

Very interesting, thanks for the clarification! From the screenshots it seems that macbee also altered the sprite a bit (for better or for worse), not just the palette, right?

Wasn't that Golden Sun 2 Bass done years ago? Then again, I could be thinking of a hack for the first game. In any case, I love them bass lines in the pre-DS Golden Suns so I'll definitely be checking it out.  :D
Like Super Mario Land? Then you'll love my first completed Rom Hack: Maniac on the Run!

I really liked the concept of Water Mario. If only that could be implemented in the original game? Or maybe in future hacks of Mario 1? That would be great!
