Lassic has corrupted the technological society of Algo once again, but this time he is certain of victory… for he’s brought hordes of monsters to destroy all life in the solar system.  It’s up to you to stop him.  Luckily, the ancient word of power… “Nei” is on your side.  Lead Alis and friends to a most improbable victory in Phantasy Star: Hordes of Nei, with these new features:

• Stronger ties to the later games in the Phantasy Star series in all new Holy arms.
• New graphics for characters and vehicles!
• All the guns do more damage.
• All four of the player characters have been greatly changed to better represent their roles in the party.
• Alis and Myau have new Spells.
• Some dialogue fixes and renamed Noah: Lutz!
• And every monster has been edited to present new challenges!

As of today, a new, likely final version of the patch is available; V1.46.  It gives Myau a couple of new Spells, and re-balances some of the later enemies.

Great to hear there's a newer version (1.46), but where is it?  This site still lists 1.44 and the "relevant link" http://www.freewebs.com/psihordesofnei/index.htm lists 1.42.

Ah, I bungled my typing.  The newest, and likely final version is 1.44, which this site now has.  Sorry about that mistake.  The Hordes of Nei site is run by a friend of mine and is behind.  I have a file dump site that always has the newest files, minus the snazzy graphics here: http://www.geocities.com/komradevladmir/

Yeah, go for it!  I say likely final just to leave it open for the future, but I have absolutely no plans to make any other changes.  As far as I'm concerned, it's done.
