Changed author "kmikz" to the group names in the "Authors" field, since it was a translation made as a collaboration of lots of people, envolving three different brazilian romhacking groups. The other members will be added as credit entries. NOTE: I had to reupload the filename with another name, since I was getting the error "Invalid File Extension in URL". Probably due to the filename having lots of spaces and special characters. Renamed it to a simpler name (ZMC_PT-BR_RC1.7z).

Network Boukenki Bug Site: Beta Version

Game Boy

Game Description:

Network Boukenki Bug Site: Beta Version is a role playing game for the Game Boy Color.

Translation Description:

This is a translation patch for a game by Smilesoft, Network Adventure Bugsite. The patch itself is being made from the Beta version, but it’s said to work on Alpha, too.

Almost all Bug names are in English. The ones that aren’t, are romanized. Most of the menus are translated. Some of the battle text is also translated, along with a little dialogue.

As for hacking, no pointers were used yet. The game uses its own obscure code, instead of the Gameboy standard. I’ve been learning it over time and managed to fit most lines in without shortening them. So this translation is as close to the original as possible.

Since the game didn’t have a lowercase i, I had to add one. However, there may be some capital I’s where they shouldn’t be left over from the older versions. I’d be glad if you’d report that.

  • Update for v0.26

Contains move translations and likely other exciting stuff!
