Time for something a little different
18 May 2012 10:49PM EST - Update by Pennywise
Today I have released a complete translation patch for the Sharp X68000 doujin game Lunatic Fantasy. Most doujin games of the era usually featured some kind of adult content, but this game is the exception. However, there are very strong lesbian themes and undertones, but never makes itself inappropriate. So this game is not for everyone, but if you like adventure games, visual novels and obscure Japanese games, this translation might be for you. Thanks to Eien ni Hen for producing an excellent script and Hemiasinus for the tools and taking care of the more complicated stuff.
Announcing the First Release of XM6 Pro-68K
23 March 2012 5:39PM EST - Update by Pennywise
This is the most powerful X68000 development tool in existence today. It is a fork of version 2.05 of PI’s abandoned XM6 emulator. The changes are mostly user-interface related, and the focus is on development and debugging features rather than accuracy of emulation; however, it has enough general-interest improvements that I’m confident recommending it over XM6 version 2.06 (the final official version) with the caveat that it is still beta-level software. A full list of features can be found on the RHDN project page.
SD Detective Blader Translation Released
06 March 2012 8:52PM EST - Update by Pennywise
A lot of time went into this game and it should show as our translation is pretty much perfect. Make no mistake, this game is only for people who like an old school challenge as the game gets incredibly hard, has a high encounter rate, and grinding is necessary to prevent bosses and enemies from completely destroying you. Plays like DQ, but with a few twists and non-generic story that can be a lot of fun and quite rewarding for your troubles and difficulty. So for those willing to indulge themselves in the game, they will a find a real beauty of a diamond waiting for them.
Crystal Beans from Dungeon Explorer English Translation Released
17 February 2012 5:07PM EST - Update by Pennywise
After having released a French translation for Crystal Beans quite some time ago, Hiei- and Neige are back at it again, but with an English translation this time. Crystal Beans is a simplistic and almost shooter-like action-RPG for the SNES and is relatively short and easy to beat. It’s a port of Dungeon Explorer 2 for the TurboCD and is more or less a part of the Dungeon Explorer series. Enjoy!

Animal Forest N64 Translation
30 January 2011 7:10PM EST - Update by Pennywise
I thought I’d get the word out that an Animal Forest translation project has been in the works for what appears to be several years. A lot of work appears to have been done on the game and I think it deserves some attention since serious N64 translations don’t happen every day.
Mirai Shinwa Jarvas Finished + Other Stuff
24 December 2010 2:42AM EST - Update by Pennywise
Work on Mirai Shinwa Jarvas is completed. I would advise to not play it at all. I have other more important matters to discuss. My next patch (Dragon Ball: Dai Maou Fukkatsu) will be released in a couple months at the latest, but there is one tiny detail that is holding it back. There are various small graphics that need english designs. I’m hoping someone talented and clever in graphic design will come to our aid.
